A rich world located in the Sword Worlds Subsector of the Spinward Marches. Anduril is a member of the Sword Worlds Confederation and the system contains a military base. The world was colonized by several different groups of Sword Worlders at the same time, which leads towards a tendency for balkanization.

Anduril is a large world with dense atmosphere and orbits an energetic star, more over it has a substantial axial tilt (53°). During the extreme sessions (perpetual day/night), winds in excess of 150 mph sweeps across the planet. Despite the planet's axial tilt, Anduril is quite terrestrial and people live comfortably about 80% of the time. The planet has two large continents and large ocean, with a smaller sea separating the two landmasses. It's a high gravity world with gravity of 1.52g.
