Brubek's

Brubek's is a chain of starport restaurants, located in many Class A, some Class B, and a few Class C starports in the Solomani Confederation and the Imperium. Of the almost 2000 in existence as of 1116, roughly half are in the Imperium and half in the Confederation. In addition to this, Brubek's is exceptionally popular in the Sword Worlds and the Border Worlds, where they are present in 20 starports.

Brubek's main selling point is familiarity. The restaurants all look alike (though the sizes vary) and the food and drink served is the same from the Marches to Aldebaran. This is why the chain uses the slogan When you already know where you are.
