Easihiyewa is the home of a privateer alliance, the Tleayo'ktoa minor bloc. Founded by a Tralyeaeawi associated bandit clan that was "forgiven" and elevated back into normal society. The clan positions itself as a patron and advocate for other so called Penitent Clans, pirate and criminal bands wishing to do likewise. Critics often charge that none of the clans in this bloc really do more than go through the motions of upholding the Honor Code, and continue to engage in major criminal and piratical operations at the behest of their liege clan. Interestingly, most of the criticism has been leveled by Aslan outside of Touchstone; local clans are quick to dismiss allegations, or vouch for the blocs honor. Who says there is no honor among thieves?
