Strain 3 Empire Builder:

This is the strain that controls most of the vampire fleets. This virus takes over systems which it then networks into one large corporate mind, which distinguishes it from strain 2B which seeks to infect many systems, but whose offspring remain as separate minds. See also Virus/TNE.
