Lloursouth is one of the few places that has more government interference than
Aegadh (
Gvurrdon 1317). Police are literally everywhere, and are allowed to stop and question any one for any reason. Llourdsouth's bureaucratic government is not designed to be efficient, and most inquiries on any subject are referred to other departments. This is unusual for Vargr governments, as most Vargr are eager to claim ownership of responsibilities that are not theirs.
