Soprshans
- Translation of "uprooted" or "removed from home", usually in the social sense.
- Refers to the first generations of Zhodani refugees that streamed across the Regency/Zhodani frontier during the period of 1201 to 1205. Now in their third generation, most have assimilated to the point of being indistinguishable from their Imperial culture neighbors. Partly responsible for the "Zhodani" features now commonplace in the Commonwealth.
